Update:

After checking and unchecking various options, I've discovered the
primary problem is the Source Citations. I managed to get a txt file
created and looking at it, all the imported sources are errors. There
are a bazillion of these. I removed private for this email and that's
between these /// \\\

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sources

1. ///source\\\
compiled by /// ME \\\ [(E-ADDRESS) FOR PRIVATE USE supplied by /// Me \\\,
This is the error log file:

     Error report for: C: FamilyTree-ancestry.ged.

      Main Record: 0 @P113@ INDI
      Sub Section: 1 SEX F
     * Unrecog. Line for an Individual Record: 2 SOUR @S-779771631@
Placed in Note - /// Jane Smith \\\: SEX: SOUR @S-779771631@
PAGE General info on her line.

 Main Record: 0 @P113@ INDI
      Sub Section: 1 SEX F
     * Unrecog. Line for an Individual Record: 2 SOUR @S-779767992@
Placed in Note -/// Jane Smith \\\: SEX: SOUR @S-779767992@
      PAGE Divorce after baby's death.
     ----------------------------------------

Here's the problem. I copied and pasted the text errors into my word
processing document and there are a whopping 1,018 pages of nothing
but source errors. In addition, there are 218,756 words with 2229616
characters. With only 11 generations of ancestors and less than 30
sources imported, this is completely unacceptable.

Now ask me the stats on the ancestor book itself. There are only 38
pages with 16,149 words and 100,401 characters.

Now what? There is no option to run an error report in an ancestor
book so this makes absolutely zero sense. How is this fixed? It needs
fixing ASAP and I'm about 5 seconds away from asking for a refund and
switching to something else.

Finally, I am not getting any list messages. I've subscribed twice,
checked my spam folder and ensured that I have no filters making any
changes.
