I have a moderately sized family file that has some 1250 locations in it. > How can I fix this? Please, tell me there is an easy way? There's no easy way to solve this. Even the Locations List report can only be printed or converted to a PDF. If a CSV file could be produced, you might stand a chance of using a spreadsheet to do some of the work. But you'd still need to get elements of the locations into the right columns first. I'm afraid you're going to have to accept the pain and do it the hard way. -- Regards, Mike Fry Johannesburg (g) Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
