I just did this and discovered that the default list has changed over time--there are events in my database that are not in the new empty one I built, but I also know that I did not add them, because I wouldn't have thought of them and do not have any individuals using them. Also, I used ALL CAPS for the events that I added myself. Probably will not like how that looks on some reports, but for now good enough. This was a useful exercise--cleaned up my Events list before upgrading. If you want to see the default events create a New Empty file and examine the Master Event Definitions in that. That will only show you the default events and their event roles. If you have customized the roles for default events then you will have to check all the default event definitions in your file to see if they are changed.
