Because the email is from you (from address) but is being sent by the list email server (legacyusers.com) to yourself and everyone else so it is not being sent by your email server which is the "normal" way mail is sent.
Is this warning from your spam software or other software you have scanning your incoming mail? There may be a setting you need to set to tell your software the this is an email list or that mail from legacyusers.com is safe.
