"hmm..."
So, if I enter something in Event Notes, it will print on any reports where I
select the option to include Event Notes?  Even if I have changed the Event
Sentence to not include the Notes field?  Or indicated in a Sentence Over-ride
that I don't want the Notes field to print??

So, there must be default "where to print" logic... Print Event Sentence,
followed by Event Notes, followed by Event Sources...?

If I don't want the Event Notes for a particular Event to print (and do want
them to print for others on the report), instead of just removing the Event
Notes field from the Sentence (or removing that field from a sentence
over-ride?), would I need to enclose the Event Notes in [[ ]] ?  (and not print
private)

I guess what I'm asking is do I need to go through all my Event Sentence
definitions and determine if the new v8 report over-rides are going to mess
them up...?
Maybe I am missing something in this discussion...?  Is there an explanation in
Help?
Thanks,

Notes and Sources in event sentences in Legacy 8 are redundant. The
Report options in Legacy 8 decide whether notes and sources are included
in the reports not the event sentences. In Legacy 7.5 and earlier those
had to be in the sentence or, even if notes and sources were asked for,
they would not be included.
