You could put the questions in Google Docs as a spreadsheet, form fill, or survey type. Then they type answers directly into it, and it saves in your Drive. You can then retrieve the answers from multiple people. Or as a doc and one person could fill out one doc.
Did that make sense? I have a survey online for family to fill out with name, address, email, phone, etc. to keep up with current info for reunion notifications.
