Hi Cindy,

I'm not sure that the Shared Event Notes checkboxes are bug free.

However, you should be able to choose to have the Main Event Notes
only on the Main Event. You have to choose to have the Main Event
Notes on the Shared Event as well when you are entering the Role by
ticking the checkboxes for the notes.

BUT the description field belongs to the basic main event that you
are sharing. So if you've used the description field as a note field,
then you'll need to move the description into the notes or edit the
Shared Event Role sentence to omit [Desc].

To get to the Shared Event Sentences you click on the arrow to get
the drop down list of the roles associated with the event and at the
bottom is Add/Edit Roles - choose that and then the role you want to
edit and you'll see the sentences.
