I like that idea of adding the BOLD to the Event Name. It never dawned on me. I 've got to play around with that idea and see how it looks. Thanks for that little tip, Jennie.

The nearest I've got is to copy the complete (one for use when Desc, Date and Place are all used), create the new Event Definition and paste in the Sentence. If required, I paste it in for each option and modify it as necessary. Because my Sentences are highly modified from the originals, all beginning with Event Name in bold, then a colon and 2 spaces and then usually Date, the above method is a lot quicker than starting from scratch. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
