I don’t think there is a way to change them globally within Legacy. You could
possibly use LTools or MS Access, but that requires extra software and/or
knowledge of the database structure.

Easiest way I can think of is to create a search list, then edit each
individually from the Edit tab of the Search List.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Setting all individuals as "Not private"

Hello Listers

I have a lot of individuals in my file set as "Private" and would like to set
them all as "Not private". I have searched help for how to do this without
success. Could some kind soul please let me know how to do this.

Also where can I download the Legacy 8 manual?

Thanks in advance.
