Yes, the location repeats; ought not.

The DATE however appears in the source citation below.

And in this page, the location appears once and the date in
the narrative but NOT in the source citation.

I wouldn't call it a bug, necessarily. Different, but not
necessarily wrong.  I'd personally prefer the date in the
SOURCE anyway.  I can't even try to replicate though, as I
use the Sources and Events rather differently.
