See, Jay.  I am in trouble the very first command.  There is no "Tag
Records" option on my EDIT toolbar.  In fact I do not see that command
"Tag Records" on any toolbar.  There is an "Advanced Tagging" option on
the TOOLS bar.  I do not see any other Tag option on any other toolbar.
