There are two ways you can choose to display events in reports. Using Sentence Style or List Style. The example you provided looks like it is a List style display.
The style selection is on the Format Tab in report options. Click on the Event Narrative Format button. In Web Pages it is selected by clicking on the Event Narrative Format Button on the What tab.
