This is a known problem that has already been entered into our bug reporting 
system.  Until it is fixed, you can just click through the error messages and 
then then Chronology View will work normally.

I, too, am having the same problem.  Every 'missing' RIN is higher than the 
highest number in my file and when the Chronology screen eventually loads there 
does not seem to any problem with it.  Like Dave I have done all the usual File 
Maintenance, etc., to no avail.
