Bena, The key value of TNG to me is that it makes a dynamic presentation of your Legacy data, rather than a static html site. You simply import a gedcom from Legacy into TNG, and TNG displays the data "on the fly". You never have to deal with html. You never have to modify the TNG files when your data changes... you simply upload a new gedcom file. Furthermore, if you wish, you can customize to your heart's content.
