Reports > Statistics Report includes a section on Given Names with lists of the 
most popular given names overall (Top 10 list) and similar lists by time 
period. By removing the check marks from all the other statistical categories 
you can get a report of only those given name stats.

The Surnames are all stored in a single table (Master Surname List) so a 
Surname report is easy. Given names are not in any table so they have to be 
extracted from the Given Name field then divided into individual words, sorted 
and counted to create those given name stats.
