For your problem - check the privacy status of the events that aren't printing (or if you aren't aware of using privacy for some events, try the Report after setting the Privacy options to print Private Events and Private Master Events. I'm assuming you don't mean that the Event Notes aren't printing. In Legacy 8 in the Report Options - the Event section of What to include, you need to tick Event Notes.
