Does the Artifact SourceWriter Template work for this?

If not use another which includes the option: Privately held
So long as the certificate is clearly defined and it is clear that you
actually have it, then you've described the source.

Don't get hung up on templates thinking you must have information for
every box.
And with Mills, Evidence Explained, pay more attention to her principles
than trying to find an exact model for your case and perhaps you won't
be so intimidated and get those sources entered.
