Right. Every email I get from Find A Grave is blocked even though I have jumped 
through all the hoops. If your ISP deems it spam, it blocks it. If it doesn't 
end up in your Junk folder, you have to unblock each email from whatever email 
address they don't trust.

Not necessarily true, as people have said if the email comes from yahoo,
aol, etc. if they have changed their DMARC rules then they will be flagged as
spam or junk even if you have the person in your contact list and the user group
in your list. I will find the same group of user’s responses in my Spam folder
even though I mark them as not spam.

Put the legacyusergroup email in your contacts.  That will stop it
from going to spam.
