I also had no idea that there were numbers at the end of Help Topics.
And, even now that I see them, I would have no idea what those numbers
stand for.  Maybe Legacy can modify this a bit:
For help/concerns on this topic, when contacting Legacy, reference:
x-xxxx : xxxxx
instead of just having raw numbers there like:  x-xxxxx : xxxxx

Is there any way you can upload a screen shot showing your problem? (not
to the e-mail list, but to some other area.  Or if you don't have  a
posting area, maybe you can e-mail it to someone (like Cathy?) and have
them post it for all to see if they are willing??? That way others may
be able to assist.  And/or it may help others to understand the problem
so it will help them down the road in case they ever run into it.)
