Jane, Sorry you are wrong, the problem you describe is a google calendar problem, not a Legacy issue.
And I doubt anyone at Legacy will be able to help you. You need to sign into your google email within a chrome browser and find your calendar and delete the entire thing if you cannot separate the Legacy dates from other dates. The Legacy dates might show up lumped into something like imported calendars, depending on how you first requested to have the dates added to your calendar. Or do a google search on google calendar removing dates.
