Anyone interested in having this common utility needs to deluge them with suggestions. They must think no one cares, although, if they read this list, they would know. But hey. Whether Legacy 9 departs from VB6 or not it should support Unicode, UTF-8 and UTF-16. Do we know if this is part of the spec for Version 9?
