Hi Chick, You are probably doing nothing wrong. Take a look at your Media Folder List (View Master lists or at Option 6.2) If they include [Default Media Folder]\ then that's a known bug. I've been reporting since before release. Luc has been so involved with the changes FamilySearch keep making to the Family Tree to get and keep Legacy interface working that he hasn't had much time for Charting. It should be finally fixed in the next update.
If you desperately need a chart before then use Search - Search and Replace on the Media Folders and replace [Default Media Folder]\ with the actual path.
