It is part of Legacy and installs with Legacy. If you have the Deluxe Edition you can create wall charts for unlimited generations. Standard Edition is limited to a max of 4 generations. Look for the Charting icon on the main Legacy toolbar in 7.5 or My Toolbar in Legacy 8. If you do not see the charting icon (it looks like a pedigree chart) you can add it by customizing the toolbar.
