Pat, I'm pretty sure you can do this using the Search functionality... (I'm
testing this as I type...)
Search > Males > Surname > Equal to > Clark (using sample database)
Create List (with radio button "Clear list")
Print > Row 1 click Spread Across Page, click "Born" and "Died" from field list
Go to Row 2 tab, check Include Row 2, check Spread Proportionately, click
Add Fields
First field: Marriage 1st Spouse Name
Second field: Marriage 1st Date/Place
(or you could choose "preferred" marriage fields)
Click those fields you just added
Preview
That is the grooms list.
>From this point, however, I don't think you can add the bride's dob & dod.

Then, you CAN do the whole thing again, starting with "Females"... which would
give you the brides list.
On the other hand--how many marriages are you talking about? There was just a
handful of Clark males in the sample above--it all fit on one page. Depending
on what you want to do with these lists, you COULD add a third blank line to
the above print, print the report, look up the brides and write in their
info...?
Go to Row 3 tab, check Include Row 3, don't pick any fields... Preview
You can also output to a spreadsheet.
Going back to multiple spellings of the surname:
After the first Search & Create List, do a second Search with next surname,
click radio button to "add results to current list", & Create List.
Repeat for as many spellings as you need.
Then do the Print stuff.
Not a perfect approach, but I hope it helps you!

Is there any way to
get Legacy to print name of bride, groom, date & place
of marriage for a particular surname and date range?
What I would like is one line per
marriage:
Groom's LN, FN, dob-dod, Bride's MN,
FN, dob-dod Date & Place of marriage.
I would like to limit this by surname of groom
(or perhaps a range of surnames so as to include spelling
variations, e.g. Prichet-Prickitt.
I might also like to do the same for brides,
limiting the report by surname of bride.
