You need to do a “Ctrl-Alt-Delete” and then select, select Task Manager, then have a look at Process to see if Legacy is still being opened.
If it is, just select it and then right click, and select “Stop Process” Thanks, David C Abernathy Email disclaimers ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- This message represents the official view of the voices in my head. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- <http://www.SchmeckAbernathy.com> http://www.SchmeckAbernathy.com == All outgoing and incoming mail is scanned by F-Prot Antivirus == From: Pat Hickin [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Sunday, August 17, 2014 9:15 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [LegacyUG] Twoproblems with opening Legacy Sometimes I am unable to open Legacy from either the Taskbar or the Start menu (I have Legacy pinned to both) and I have to restart Windows (7) in order to re-open it. Is that a Legacy problem? I don't seem to have a problem with other programs. Then this morning, when I went thru the restart routine in order to open Legacy, when I finally did reopen it, I got one of those messages that says that Legacy was already open by another user, which it obviously was not. So what do I do now? Is it Ok for me to go ahead and add data?
