Every poster here is correct.

This is one of the most helpful groups for all questions and one should not
be afraid to ask.

The hardest part of using the Help index is typing the correct terms which
can sometimes be frustrating. As Sherry mentioned the terms Index View and
Backup immediately gave the answer. This took less time to search than it
took to write to the LUG list, and wait for an answer.

Since the list is very active it can very quickly lead to inbox "clutter".
So always try the Help index search first, then the LUG list second.

Even 5 minutes searching is normally much faster than waiting for an answer
online.

But don't be afraid to ask if you don't find the answer in Help.
