Mike, Yes I know. Everyone has it as it is included with Legacy. However there have been statements that some users didn't know that. And others who didn't understand the many ways it can be accessed.
More commonly is the misunderstanding that the search doesn't find their exact terms but rather keywords. So the post was aimed at and meant to be helpful for those who fit the above criteria. Since there is a wide range of users the information will be known by many users such as yourself. I should have have been clearer on that point.
