This capability has been requested before but not incorporated by Legacy. However, it can be done with LTools, thanks to Dennis Kowallek.
The Legacy Index tab can be changed to display the User ID instead of the RIN (see Options), and thus can be sorted by that column. So the trick is to populate Legacy's User ID field with a sortable birthdate. (Assuming that you are not using Legacy's User ID field for something else.) In LTools, you would run this using the Run Raw SQL tool. Be sure to make a backup of your database first, or try this on a COPY of your good database.
