Have you sorted this out?
It's working fine for me in build 439.

First try resetting the report options and choosing everything again,
including the privacy options.

If that doesn't work, and when totally excluding living individuals you
still only get the first ancestor, I suggest that you don't have his
children marked as deceased - or at least your direct ancestor?
You may need to use the Tool - Advanced Set Living to kill off the long
dead. If you haven't entered dates for them, this isn't done automatically.
