In this case a reminder that you may be missing a child. If you know you are not, you mark it not a problem. If you've done all you are likely to be able to do to find other children, you will probably want to mark it not a problem. If you haven't checked thoroughly then leave it as a reminder or make a To Do and then mark it not a problem as you've considered it and made another reminder to look further.
