Wait. When I select "Use list style formatting" each event is numbered and
separated from the next by a horizontal line. Not free form, but per the event
sentence. It must be having the years (e.g.) in a column that you want--and
they have taken that away from us. I'll bet it was so they could "standardize"
always printing event notes & sources. (I'm still wondering who requested that
& why.)
Bottom line, "list style" is the same as "event sentence style" with the
"numbered" option selected. Hmm... Or maybe I'm not reading my sentences
closely enough to see a difference?

Subject: [LegacyUG] Family Group Report

When I printed a Family Group report using Legacy 7.5 I selected "Use List
Style formatting" and each event printed with an event number, event name,
date, and location in a table(1 row, 5 columns) with the event notes directly
below.

When I printed a Family Group report (for the above individual) using Legacy 8
I also selected "Use List Style formatting" and each event printed in a free
form text format. This makes it difficult to see each unique event when you
have several events for an individual.

I obviously have set an option set incorrectly. Any suggestions?

Thanks.
