Hi Jane, Have you done a Check/Repair on the file?
Did resetting the report options and starting again help? Is the report correct if you go to Report Preview instead of straight to rtf? Just trying to narrow down where the problem is. I've not seen anything like what you describe. RTF report looks fine here but I may not have the same options chosen.
