I've had avi video files in my grand kids media gallery for over 10 years. I recently started adding Internet Websites as source citations. I had about 600 of them attached before I ever did a Check / Repair. When I did it seemed to go well and no problems sere reported. A couple days later after 90 individual's records had been modified I noticed all 600 website attachments were now avi video.
I made a separate post, "Don't use Check Repair" with step by step of how to duplicate problem. I have a restored file from before Check Repair and a sub-file of 90 people modified since. I expect I can merge them fairly easily.
