Jay, Thank you for the suggestion. It seemed reasonable and worth a try. Unfortunately it didn't connect. It said "There is currently no default browser set up for your computer. You can specify by going to customize and Launch tab." IE is my default.
Have you tried following the steps I suggested? I looks more involved than it really is.
