When you get a numbered error message, the first thing to do is to check
the Legacy troubleshooting webpage.
From the home page - under the Help menu

This particular number isn't listed so your next best option is to
contact Support

You could try some of the general help suggestions.
You could try clearing the temp folder - the location is at Options -
Customise 6.3

In the meantime, do you really need to backup the media every time you
backup your family file? Are you adding new media every session?
I actually don't use the Legacy media backup at all unless I'm preparing
to send part of my file and related media to a cousin.
I back the media up in my regular backups to external hard drive and
actually it's backed up all the time as I keep my attached media in
Dropbox. I am able to do this with the free Dropbox because I've
attached small copies of photos to Legacy - and I don't attach many
source docs.
