In the publishing center I've selected a calendar report. Via "Edit settings for current chapter" button I then:
Included all individuals, living or dead Under Format changed all colors to black and white manageable format colors Under Months change text color to black, background to white For Year of calendar I changed it from 2014 to 2015 I then close (no preview or print available) that box. >From Publishing Center I chose Preview.. and I get a blue and yellow formatted 2014 calendar. It ignores and resets ALL my settings back to defaults.
