Legacy Charting has several DNA charts for Male or Female, with carriers only option. Would that work?

The Miscellaneous tab in the Search window has an option for the direct line ancestors with no parents based on a specific individual or an option for all linked individuals with no parents for the entire file. Then you'd have to decide which line you want the descendants of.
