A part of your question seems to indicate that you are not saving the zip backup files that Legacy makes but instead you are trying to copy all the pieces of a Legacy database for your backups. The Legacy backup process will automatically gather all the pieces into one zip file for data and one for multimedia. There is no need to decide which ones to save or delete. Just save as many of the zipped backup files as you wish. Typically, I save the last 3. Some put their zip backup files directly on a cloud storage or an external drive. Whatever you do, remember that a backup is not a backup unless you can restore from it. Learn how to restore so that skill will be useful if it is ever needed.
