Hi Jim,
It's unusual for single language users of Legacy to encounter this
problem - and more unusual to encounter it except immediately after an
update.

Did you launch Legacy the same way as usual? Is it possible you have a
partial installation of Legacy 7.5 elsewhere on your computer that was
accessed instead of your current installation? Or have you restored your
computer in some way?

Is Legacy installed to the default C:\Legacy or to another folder not
within the Program Folders? Legacy 7.5 shouldn't be installed to the
Programs Folder as it writes constantly to the it's program folder and
recent versions of Windows don't allow that.

The Help on the website for this says to delete any .lng file in your
Legacy program folder and then update the program by downloading from
the website.
