See "Locations and the Use of Commas" article at http://support.legacyfamilytree.com/article/AA-00968 . I admit that I sometimes violate the 'geographical division and commas' rules myself (I am not a purist) and everyone is free to do what serves them best. However, following these location name rules for geographic divisions will make it easier to find places in the Geo Location Database and also allow you to sort locations in the Master Location List in various orders. The extra commas can be removed from reports and charts (go to Report Options and select the Format tab).
