Click on the word Updates and you will be able to update. I had the same problem. Good luck. Elsie

Go to View > Master Lists to double check - the Cite a Master Source is gray until a source is added. If you have sources, what happens when you click to Add a New Source and back out of it - does the Cite button then show active?
