Hi Alison,

You could check the source on that person's assigned sources page to
check that the checkboxes to include the citation are checked.
You may also want to check the shared event for them to check that it
hasn't been marked not to include.

You might also try running the report again to check there wasn't a
glitch due to where it was on the page or something.
