Pat, As with most error messages and numbers encountered in Legacy - go to our website www.LegacyFamilyTree.com > Help Center > Troubleshooting Help and search for the error number. You can also access this in Legacy by clicking on the Online Troubleshooting Help link in the Support section of the Legacy Home tab
