Okay then. A single location that has multiple grave positions in it. How else
would you record the information? Probably by Individual. But that doesn't help 
(in
the UK in particular) with multiple individuals in a single grave.

What's wrong with recording the Cemetery in the Burial Location and the details
about the actual grave in the Burial Notes?
