I get the same thing, using Alt 0150 always changes to '96 regardless of the 
preceding year.

Worse yet, if I enter Alt 0150 on its own Legacy will crash.  I tried this 
several times.

Good thought... but the en dash is present. It shows while in Notes, but 
converts to '96 after saving & exiting.

Will report as a bug.
