Thank you Michelle, Cathy & Mike for your responses.

To clarify further, in an individual's record I enter the burial
location as town or city then click on the plus icon next to it to enter
the burial address, the name usually being the cemetery name & enter the
actual physical street address etc in that town or city.
So I end up with a group of people that were buried in the same cemetery.

Then from view > master lists > address lists > event I use show list to
create the search results.

When I print the search results with the default optional fields
naturally all I get is a list of people who were buried in the same town
or city. I want to drill down to show the actual place & address in that
town or city.
I know now that customizing the fields & selecting the address ones here
only shows if the address details have been entered via the house icon
for that individual.

So Is it possible to have a printout that includes details of the burial
address itself?

Hope this makes sense.

Thanks,
Chris.
