Adding the county (and even the country) can be problematical. Many Civil Registration Districts incorporated Civil Parishes which were in adjacent counties. To take one example, the RD of Wrexham (Wrexham is and was in the Wales) included the sub-districts of Hope in Flintshire, Wales, Malpas in Cheshire, England and Ruabon in Denbighshire, Wales.
