When I print a source citation report all my repositories appear just fine.
However, when I pull up a list of assigned sources, click on one of them, select the Output tab, and the "Show Entire Source" option, neither the Footnote Citation nor the Bibliography shows the Repository. What do I need to do to get the repository included in the Output (preview)?
