Yes   copying  my  data  files takes around the same time too.
However  in  most  cases  where I'm either adding an event for example
there  is  source  documentation  which might include a *.pdf or image
file that is attached to the source detail.
Now  copying  the  source  file to the Cloud folder manually may take longer if
you're  doing a copy.

Yes I see & of course I agree.
However  for  me  to run Legacy data files from a place different than my 
current
Cloud  folder,  I  would  want  something  more suitable than manually
copying those files to the cloud folder.
