Tools > Merge Duplicates > Find Duplicates
Make sure you are on the Normal Duplicate Search tab. For now I would leave
everything at the defaults.

If you want a report stay on this screen and click Print. If you want to go
ahead and address the possible duplicates then click Continue.

Before you do any actual merging, click the Help button on this screen and read
up on it. You don't want to mess up your file by making a merge mistake.
Legacy will make a temporary backup for you just in case but if I know I am
going to be merging a bunch of people I always make my own backup for extra
insurance.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Finding/listing duplicate individuals in Legacy

I happened upon four folks who are duplicated in my database. Not sure if it
was a single bad day of inputting or if I have a long, long history of this.
I'd like to run a report of potential duplicates. I found no way to do it. I
first checked with two other Legacy users who also did not know how to
accomplish this.
